Good day sir, pls can you introduce yourself to people who are seeing your name for the first time?
My name is Sola Olaibi aka Gaji.
You can add whatever you want to that Gaji, like Mr Gaji, Officer Gaji, Doctor Gaji. I’m an actor
Can you talk little about your background?
I’m the last born of my family, I’m from Imeko in ogun state, I’m christian ( Catholic)
How did you discover yourself as an actor
I started acting when I was in primary school, I moved on with it through my secondary school, I dropped out from college of education because I can’t afford school fees, so I moved on with my life by going to electrical electronics school. When I done in 1997, I joined movie industry the same year.
What’s the worst part about being an actor? And What’s the best part of being an actor?
The worst part about being an actor is that when you are going out people will be greeting you and some people again will use that opportunity to tell you that they want to eat from it ( mofe je nbe) meanwhile they don’t want to know whether you are buoyant or not some will turn it to fight, they are ready to wound you if you refuse to give them money.
And the best part is that wherever you are people will recognize you, whatever you want you will get it easily.
How do you feel or how do you react to critics, especially bad comments on your work or acting style ?

I love people to criticize my work or my acting so that I can do better again and again, Always feel good because I’m expecting something like that.
What has been your favorite role so far?
my favorite role so far it’s OFFICER GAJI. I acted as custom officer in it, I love my role so much.
What role would you love to play that you haven’t yet?
they are many. I would love to play the role of Old man, robbery roles etc.
Besides acting, what other training have you had (voice, dance, stage combat, etc.)?
voice, dance but I don’t know how to dance ( smiling), stage.
What is something embarrassing or unexpected that happened to you on set?
the producer of OKO GBAJUMO told me that I was not the cast they casted for the role I played in the movie, very embarrassing, I even cried that day, but I thank God for my life. Iyanu ti sele…
